Gran Hotel Son Net

Gran Hotel Son Net is an exquisite luxury Mallorcan Estate, a breathtaking historical mansion dating back to the 17th century, which has been lovingly restored into an elegant sanctuary amid the rugged Serra de Tramuntana Mountains (now a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage site) - a mere 20 minutes from Palma- a boutique hotel offering the essence of Mallorcan classicism; rooms are spacious and full of light with glorious vistas.

The building materials include stone, wood, and traditional tiles. The traditional stucco walls give the sensation of an authentic Mallorcan home and the traditional “Tela de Lenguas” fabric, also made on the island, characterise the public spaces.

Art is one of the main features of the hotel, displaying a prominent collection of modern paintings and original works from artists such as Marc Chagall, Frank Stella, David Hockney and others.

Cycling Enthusiasts

At the Gran Hotel Son Net we are passionate about cycling. Because of this, we offer you the option to train with professional ex-cyclist Toni Colom. With him, you’ll be able to participate in his Winter Training Programs. If you’d like more information, please contact our hotel.

In 2011 Son Net was chosen by the world's leading cycling team, Saxo Bank - SunGaard and three times Tour de France Winner Alberto Contador, for the team's pre-season training camp.
