The whitewashed two-storey villa "Can Llull" scores with a great central location (situated just 18 km from the airport towards Sollér) and is ideally suited for families, hiking groups and professional cyclists alike. Here, you are optimally connected to the culture and restaurants of the capital as well as to the shops of nearby Bunyola and Maria del Camí: the first offering bars, a bakery, an organic food shop and its own train station and the other a popular farmer's market and cosy Bodegas. The shopping centre Festival Park is also within easy reach. You need to travel about 20 km for some beach feeling, either around Port de Sóller

or to one of the lively Platjas near the capital. The two-storey "Can Llull" estate, like many other estates, was built in El Plà de Mallorca in the early 20th century and is surrounded by countless olive trees. Tourists benefit from its fantastic location between Palma and Sollér, at the foot of a UNESCO world heritage site - the Serra de Tramuntana. Ideal for starting bike tours or visiting the beautiful villages in the area and the convenience of being close to Palma. Table football, table tennis and basketball hoops help dissipate excess energy, especially important if you are out with children. The 9 metre long pool with outdoor shower has a terrace area surrounded by tall trees, where you can actively sunbathe (and not be disturbed) or rest in the chillout shade area - that makes you hungry too! On the large terrace of the house the table is quickly set with your hands free and the barbecue can begin...

The entrance hall gives access to a charming lounge. The main lounge is an excellent place to relax in front of the TV or the fireplace. In the fully equipped kitchen, you'll find space to prepare an excellent dinner while your companions make themselves comfortable at the lounge table; simply open the connecting door wide and you'll be sitting at practically the same table. Each guest here has his or her own mattress, the bedrooms are tastefully furnished. On the ground floor there is a double room and a bathroom; a space with two bedrooms and four beds separated by a wardrobe and a door (excellent for children) and two other double rooms and two bathrooms share the upper floor. And for those who need a lot of privacy, "Can Llull" has a kitchen, a bathroom and a real double bed in a separate house from the property.

Whoever thinks that Mallorca only consists of mountains, olive trees and tourist propaganda will be surprised! The Fincanahe (and also audible) Ma-2031 is a excellent guide "on foot"; it also takes you to the famous gardens of Alfabia and Raixa in Moorish and Italian style, to splashing fountains in the middle of a subtropical vegetable paradise. At the Museu del Fang in Marratxí, on the other hand, ceramics have created a world worth seeing. You can also find surprising things between the modernist facades of Palma and the orange plantations of Sollér, between the magnificent cathedral of La Seu and the French-influenced house La Bohème with second-hand fashion from international film productions. Even around Valdemossa, Orient, Deià and Bunyola, not all roads have been travelled, and Palma's beaches are synonymous with light blue, water sports and wonderful sunsets. The proximity of a golf course, tennis courts and a good cycling track makes the estate particularly attractive to the more sporty.(Licence Number: ETV/479, Name: C'an Llull)
